A food safe, heavy duty degreaser designed to clean hard surfaces. Its main use is to clean surfaces in the food processing industry, where it disposes of fatty acids and protein deposits.

Its high alkali levels combines with amphoteric and non-ionic surfactants ensure quick removal of most types of soiling, including rubber from factory floors. This product can be used in both high pressure washers and steam cleaners.
